Calpack 55/85 Semi Automatic Shrinking Machine uses a double-layered folding film that seals and shrinks simultaneously. It uses advanced circuit control and consumes low power. The stainless steel tray separates the folded film while placing the product, and the operator can easily place the product into the shrink film and pull it into the shrink chamber. The PC cover is pressed down to make contact with the electromagnet, and the shrink chamber is designed with hot air circulation. The transparent PC cover makes it easier for you to observe the shrinkage effect.

MACHINE FEATURES:
1. The top of the Semi Automatic Shrinking Machine is equipped with two high-powered wind-driven motors to make the hot air inside the furnace uniform.
2. The unique inner circulation of the air duct design, coupled with two sets of wind motor, so that the shrinkage bag can fully expand when the product shrinks to achieve the desired shrinkage effect.
3. This heat shrinking machine has a pre-stop function. When the heating is turned off and the heat is cooled for a certain period of time, the device will automatically stop.
4. The conveyor chain roller adopts solid cold drawn round steel, which can withstand heavy items and is not easy to be deformed. The roller is covered with a high temperature resistant and wear-resistant silicone tube to avoid hot marks on the surface of the product.
5. The equipment uses double-layer insulation, so the appearance of the machine is not too hot.
6. Both ends of the furnace mouth are equipped with high temperature resistant heat insulation curtains, which can greatly reduce the heat energy consumption and maintain the constant temperature state of the furnace.
